Depression is a mental health disorder characterized by interminably depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life. Depression can cause a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a person’s ability to work. Anxiety Disorders can be described as a feeling of uncertainty and helplessness about future prospects. Anxiety disorders are very common and more than one-fourth of the all-inclusive community will encounter a genuine nervousness problem during their lifetime. Anxiety can cause physical symptoms like pain, a pounding heart or stomach cramps, hot and cold flushes, feeling tight in breathing, etc. Individuals who have less emotionally stable or who have high anxiety levels lean to experience specific events more stress than others.
